Thank you for supporting my various past classes and workshops. After a short hiatus, I’m ready with a line of new exciting classes. I won’t be teaching at A.L.L. this semester, but concentrating my efforts at my shop. This is what I am offering for February and into the early Spring. General Technique Class: This class will offer a technique lesson each week, probably keeping to variations of that particular technique or project for several weeks. It is ideal for the “experienced beginner” as it will review and add to the basics. Projects will be introduced with many variations so you may proceed at your own pace. Offered Tuesday mornings, 10:00 to 12:30. Cost: $15 per class. Materials extra. Class size limited to 6. Click here for latest project update. Advanced Technique Class: (formerly Geo Beading) Class meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 6:30 to 9ish. The first session will be hands-on instructional. Cost $15. The second session (4th week) will be a follow-up, non-instructional night, for which there will be no additional charge. Since this is an advanced class with more involved projects, each project will likely extend over several weeks/even months. For instance, the February class will concentrate on beaded and multi-media dolls. Kumi Class: Various types of Kumi patterns and finishing techniques will be explored. Meets once a month on the 2nd Friday. 9:30 to 12. $15 per class. Materials extra. Limit 6. Classes start in APRIL. Open Beading: Meets every Saturday, 1pm to 3:30. Non-instructional session. Bring your unfinished class projects to work on and share ideas. $5 per day. |
